Hello out there in blog land! We Dodd's had a VERY adventurous week. Carter took his first trip to West Virginia this week. During the 16 hour trip he cried for about 1 hour. (And yes paw-paw most of that was because mommy forgot to fed him once.) Everyone came to visit us at Grandma Ruby's and thought Carter was the bomb.
Carter turned 5 months old on Saturday. Friday night he slept all night for the first time! He was sleeping with Mark since we were away from home. One night he kept getting so close to Mark that Mark rolled off the mattress, which was on the floor of course .
He also had another tooth come in overnight on Friday. He isn't much for showing them off for the camera yet though. I loved the picture of him in the towel above with his sweet smile. Carter laughs a lot when I "eat baby fingers." That is what we are doing in the other picture.
Carter continues to show a lot of interest in our food. This week I had to wrestle my glass of milk away from him. I can't wait to start feeding him foods. Just one more month till chow time!
