I won't ask for no more!

Carter the Vegetarian!
Picking out the water chestnuts.

Priceless.

Occasionally, Mark will tell Carter not to ask for any more cookies (aka cereal bars). On Monday morning Carter asked me for his cookie for breakfast. I gave it to him and joking said just one. He put one finger in the air and said "I ask for no more." I have thought alot about his comment in the last few days. Mark, Carter and I are so very blessed. I can't imagine a happier life than the one I lead with my boys. Everyday isn't roses and sunshine, but we do have so much to be thankful for.

Carter asked me "Who's that" while pointing to a water tower and told me he wanted to go inside the water tower. Innocents is so cute. He has also started putting his finger to his lips when he is thinking and making a "hmm" sound.
The best quote of the week came after a conversation in church. I told Carter to stop picking his nose while we were in church. I thought I'd try throwing in a James Dobson trick and tell him picking your nose is something you do while you are alone. The next morning I went to get him out of bed and CW tells me "Mommy I pick my nose all by myself." I'm not sure if he meant he didn't need any help or if he remembered what I'd told him at church. Either way I want to be able to remind of what he said when he is 15.
This weekend is when we get to go ride a real train for the first time. I will have to say I am VERY excited myself to meet Sir Topham Hatt and ride on a coach pulled by Thomas. I SO EXCITED! atd
