Carter: "I smuch it!"
And he did! Everything we made he smashed, and was quiet proud of himself too!
Today we were leaving the house for an errand. Mark was trying to get Carter to wear his sneakers and Carter wanted to wear his Thomas shoes. Mark says, "how about these shoes?" Carter says "ummm, how about Thomas shoes." Mark and I were laughing so hard. Carter didn't understand what was so funny. Needless to say, he got to wear the Thomas shoes.
One of Carter's teachers told Mark recently that Carter was talking alot more at school. This week he got a "happy gram" that said he was talking more at school. I'm not sure if they are trying to tell us he is talking too much, or they think he has just started talking. I invite anyone who thinks CW is "quiet" to simply place a recording device near him for about 2 minutes. CW talks up a storm. Most of the time I understand it, some of the time I need pills because my head hurts from all the talking. Now quiet evenings are a distant memory, but joy abounds when replaced by the laughter of a son and his daddy! atd

(Jennifer and I have been friends since 7th grade.
She lives across the ocean in Aberdeen but thanks to FaceBook we talk lots!)
