A few Carter-isms to share.

I asked Carter which shirt he wanted to wear. He chose a red one and told Mark, "that's my Easter shirt." I'm not sure how he can remember that was his Easter shirt since he didn't even wear it on Easter.

One afternoon we were outside and Carter could see the moon. "The moon stayed up too late." Later that evening, "The moon turned his light on."

We were at Barnes and Noble and Cater was trying to convince me that he needed some more train tracks. "See it says so in my story, Carter needs more tracks." This is the line the story character's use in the show Super Why. For instance, Humpy Dumpty says I have to fall off the wall 'it says so in my story.'

Carter also went stinky in the potty at Barnes and Noble's. Once he came out of the restroom he announced it so loud I'm sure the entire store heard him.
