Hop - Hopping like a bunny.

A year ago Carter could not walk. Today I captured him hopping across the living room like a bunny rabbit. By the way he said he wanted to go outside to catch a bunny rabbit today. He also let a balloon go today and got very upset because it would not come back. The innocents of childhood. So sweet and cute...most days.

Mark and I started teaching Carter how to spell his name using the M-I-C-K-E-Y etc. part of the Mickey theme sound. You have to add an extra 'D' at the end. I'm sure this will lead to confusion as he gets older, but it will only be one of the MANY things that his parents mislead him about. Besides, no one ever spells Dodd right anyway.

Carter and Mark spend most of the day rough housing today, and Carter didn't take a nap. However, he was a really sweet camper tonight. About 10 seconds after I tucked him under my arm he was SOUND asleep. zzzz's. atd
