Twinkle Twinkle

Good thing there were two giraffes on the carousel at the Louisville zoo. That equaled alot less time standing in line waiting to get the giraffe. For this specific ride CW tried out he zebra. His love the zebra was sort lived as he wanted the giraffe about 2 seconds after the ride started.
Levi was trying to teach CW how to hide without blowing his cover...
CW still hasn't mastered the quiet part of hide and seek.

First hair cut by dad. I've been paying 15 bucks to get CW's hair cut once a month. The last time I went they didn't do a good job and they told me the price was going up. That was the finally straw for this cheapo mom. CW loved dad cutting his hair until he go "all itchy."

Carter has started requesting a zipped coat and hat to go outside. Maybe he is trying to keep the mosquitos away, because it is still blazing HOT in Tennessee these days!

On night last week we were all laying in bed looking at books. Carter starts singing twinkle twinkle little star, followed by ba-ba black sheep. I must say it was so precious to hear his little voice put together the words of a song all by himself. It still brings tears to my eyes when he does it. He also sings the baby bumble bee song. Today he picked up some saying about "down by the dock side." Censor, Censor, Censor! atd
