Our first trip to Nashville Zoo 7/3/2009
6 months later CW is a much TALLER boy! Carter actually remembered this skull was in the "Gator House." I am continuously amazed at what he remembers.

Carter's favorite animals to visit today were the chop-chops, who were very lazy!

It was very unusually warm in Nashville today. The temperature was 65 degrees and perfect for a short visit to the zoo.

Carter decided it was time to start going to the potty this week. We still have a LONG way to go but at least we are making progress!

Monday Carter had to go to the dentist. He got his teeth cleaned for the first time and did surprisingly well. He did shed a few tears but after it was over he said it wasn't that bad. After the cleaning he got a crown on one of his back teeth. That was a bit more dramatic! However, when he went back on Thursday for a re-check he actually opened his mouth again for the dentist. I figured he would NEVER go back without a fight! He was a brave little soldier! atd
