Road Trip

On Thursday night (July 22nd) I asked Carter if he would like to go to Levi's house. I haven't been to Flemingsburg since I was pregnant with Carter and just decided to take a road trip to visit the Ripato's.

We had a bit of car trouble and stopped to rent a car half way there. Papa Jerry and Nana towed a truck to Bardstown and towed the Honda back to Tompkinsville. To make a sweet ending even sweeter the boys at Jerry's Transmission had the Honda fixed by 7:30 Monday morning. To top that off Papa Jerry and Nana Ruby delivered the Honda back to us on Monday night. I quiet certain there was alot of Divine intervention in the aforementioned happenings!

Last time I went to Flemingsburg I blew out a tire at the same exit! Both times there were wonderful people who came to my rescue! So as much as I'd like to avoid exit 25 on BG Parkway there are actually some nice folks there (i.e. Enterprise, Wal-Mart Tire & Lube, Big O Tires).

Levi took us to our first Build and Grow class at Lowes. Carter and Levi made UFO's! We had a great time hanging out, playing trains, painting Levi's bedroom wall and assortment of colors, playing with Anna Belle (Levi's puppy) and of course...shopping!
