Dodd Adventures: Disney Day Two

Up and at them troops! Aunt Lisa has breakfast plans with Donald and his friends at Animal Kingdom!

I'll have to say that the parade at Animal Kingdom was the BEST ever. I was separated from the group, so AJ and I watched I alone. The rest of the gang saw it several times and we all agreed that hands down it was the best parade.

Carter has his hair slicked back and is ready for whatever the day holds!

This was early in the trip. Before everyone decided it was best just to leave AJ alone, because was / is such a Mama's boy anytime I am around. I have to give ALL the Gray's lots of credit. They tried HARD to get lil man to leave me alone for a few minutes.

What a happy crew!

I will have to say I LOVED visiting with the characters as much as the kids did.

Just before the madness ensued! Everyone was eating Carter barfed all over himself, the table, and the floor. AJ was stinky and having a fit to get out of his highchair. I took CW to the bathroom and decided the clothes he had on were NOT salvageable Except for the underwear CW walked back to the table in his underwear I dashed through Animal Kingdom looking for an open gift shop & something that would fit my skinny 5 year old. Eventually I found a Perry shirt (that glows in the dark) & some shorts. (Carter was very happy with the shirt). In true Disney fashion they gave me a $25 credit toward the clothes because I was obviously having a rough start to my magical day. =-)

Lisa took AJ and cleaned him up while I was gone on my quest. Everyone was kind enough to let me eat before departing for the "rest of our magical day." After that AJ feel asleep & I strode around Animal Kingdom with the baby most of the day. They have an AWESOME nursing center with air conditioning, food, TV, etc. That was my FAVORITE hangout with my lil side kick.

I loved these silly photo ops as a kid at OpryLand. I always try to talk Carter into doing them with me. This time it worked! Look at the cheesy grin!
