Carter has done alot of visiting lately. He made his first trip to my dad's parents house. Carter only took a few minutes to warm up to Geary, Granny, and Pa Turner. It didn't take him long to discover that Granny always has something to eat! We all had a great visit. Carter slept most of the trip there and back which was nice for mommy and daddy!

Carter has never like to keep a hat on. However, when Grandma broke out her Mouse ears Carter more than happy to keep them on his head. He was squealing with delight. I think Grandma had fun playing with him too.

If you have ever been to my home you know I am a refrigerator magnet collector. Carter has discovered the magnets. He looks to move them back and forth between the garage door and the fridge. He also decided to toss a few of them between the fridge and the wall. Then he tried to retrieve them. That is what he is trying to do the in the "lost his pants" photo. Needless to say he was quiet frustrated that he could not squeeze back there to get them.

Lots of you had asked about our nanny. She quit last week. Carter started a new preschool on Monday which was the start of the school year for the school. He seems to really like it. Of course he got a good case of the snots from the new environment, but this too shall pass...right? His teachers were amazed by his appetite and they say he only fusses when they have to leave the playground. When I dropped him off on Friday he blew me a kiss and waved bye. Though it was cute as could be I felt like my child had just dismissed me from his room.

CW sends bye-bye waves and kisses to all his blog checkers!
