Line Jumper

We waited for over an hour to see the big jolly guy at Bass Pro Shop.
Carter waited for his turn to play with the race track. Then 2 other ladies let their kids jump line when it was finally Carter's turn to operate the race car. Mark tried to just walk away because it was Carter's turn to see Santa. However, Carter started crying because he wanted to operate the race track. I didn't want him crying in the photo with Santa. I decided to take on the line jumper’s mama! I was polite but let's just say Carter got to operate the race track!

Tree House at Bass Pro

Another funny moment from his post op recovery was on Thanksgiving night. He fell asleep on the way home. By the time I got a shower and got in bed with him CW decided it was not time to sleep anymore. He had been tossing and rolling all over me for over 2 hours. CW asked me to snuggle with him and I said no. (I was pretty disgruntled that he had been rolling over all me for 2 hours!) He began to cry and said, "BUT I snuggle with you when you want to." (Actually he doesn't but his sob story worked.) I pulled him close to me and his tears fell onto my face making me feel like the worst mother EVER. About 1 or 2 am Mark came to bed and I went and got in to Carter's bed. As spite would have it Carter when to sleep as soon as I left the room!

I put the Mickey Mouse Christmas CD in the CD player in the car and Carter exclaimed, "It's Professor Von Drink!" aka Professor Von Drake

CW has mastered singing Rudolph, complete with the funny inserts (i.e. George Washington, Monopoly, light bulb, etc). However, he says they "used to HAVE to call him names."
I was leaving for work on Saturday morning and Carter told me to watch out for Reindeer. This boy has Christmas fever! atd
