AJ makes a MESS at Heather's house. Gosh you couldn't ask for nicer caretakers. We LOVE Heather & her sweet family! Carter & AJ had an awesome, educational, & physically active summer hanging out with Heather's kids & nieces & nephews.
Hand, foot & mouth is SO gross.
Good thing AJ didn't seem to care that he had blister's all over his feet & bottom.
I'm so thankful that Mark, Jordan & Heather have worked so hard to help me keep AJ out of daycare & healthy...for the most part! Especially Mark, he has worked some crazy schedules just to keep this little guy at home.
Speaking of Heather...She has a sweet daughter who put a lovely bow in AJ's hair.
Mark has resolved that AJ's hair must be cut! No son of his will wear a bow.

I took AJ to a "fancy-smancy" salon to get his very first hair cut. All I could bring myself to allow was a small bang trim at the fancy-smancy. This made the little guy look like he had a BAD mullet I was not happy with the way his hair looked & had to bit the bullet & get another haircut before for his big birthday bash! We went to Sports Clips & Tammy the manager did the best she could with AJ. He was lying on his belly screaming during most of the hair cut. Man was I glad when it was OVER! Being able to see those cute eyes was sort of worth the agony.
CW got his hair cut too! CW & I are both adjusting to me not being at his side while he gets his hair cut. Instead of hanging out near Carter's chair I am chasing baby brother. Next time I think I'll take Carter alone. & leave lil bits with daddy.
